Using PeopleHub

PeopleHub is a school-connected platform. You may use it only when a participating school has authorized you and only for legitimate school, staff, or family purposes. Your access may depend on the school, service, role, child or student relationship, and current information maintained by the school.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your Google account and devices secure.
• Do not share your account or school-specific access with another person.
• Use only the information and services you are authorized to access.
• Do not scrape, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass PeopleHub security or school access controls.
• Tell the school if your family relationship, contact information, or access should change.

Bus and arrival information

BusPulse route, vehicle-location, and arrival information is provided for planning and convenience. It may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable, and estimates are not guarantees. PeopleHub and BusPulse are not emergency services. For an urgent transportation or safety matter, follow your school's normal emergency or transportation procedures.

School authority

The school controls which services it enables and who may use them. The school may correct records, change route access, suspend an account, or end access when its policies or the school relationship require it.

Availability and changes

PeopleHubs works to keep PeopleHub available and secure, but no online service is uninterrupted or error-free. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue a feature when necessary for security, operations, legal requirements, or the school's configuration.

Questions and violations

Contact the school that gave you access for account, student, family, route, or service questions. Report suspected misuse or security problems promptly through the support contact provided by your school. Access may be suspended while a concern is reviewed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PeopleHub changes. The current version will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
